We’ll compare homes on more than photos: condition, location, features, market history, and how each home fits your needs.
When you make an offer
I’ll explain the proposed price and terms, option period, earnest money, financing and appraisal provisions, and key deadlines in the contract.
Before closing
We’ll coordinate inspections, follow-up questions, lender and title milestones, a final walkthrough, and the closing schedule.
